As a Business Consultant, Alex Hughes supports small service-based business owners by conducting comprehensive audits of their business processes. These audits cover every aspect of the business, from sales and finance to HR, health & safety, and CRM systems. Most importantly, the audits evaluate how businesses can run more sustainably. Other services include project and operations management, office setups, reorganisations, display screen risk assessments. Sustainability is woven through all these services, demonstrating how sustainable practices can create long-term benefits for businesses while contributing to a greener planet.
Auxilium makes sustainable choices across all areas of the business, including energy consumption, utilities usage, travel options, supply chains, waste reduction, recycling, flexible working arrangements, office procurement, pro bono and volunteer work, and support for the local community. When car travel is necessary, we use a hybrid electric vehicle, and we prioritise online technology for meetings to enhance remote working efficiency.
