I have over 18 years’ experience as an Operations Manager for a London based SME, and add to that 16 years’ experience in international trading and sales. Then there’s all the real life challenges small business owners handle – I’ve been running my own business for several years while managing my home, bringing up my children and caring for elderly parents.
